Andrea was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is very quick to get you whatever you need or to show you houses. She was very professional and yet fun. Very knowledgeable on problems with different types of houses. She also knew a lot about specific housing projects and what kind of problems were unique to that specific project. For example, the one house I looked at had a tuck under garage and she knew before we went into the garage that they had problems with the blocks coming loose. And sure enough, that place needed some foundation work. I could not have been happier working with her. My only regret is that she found me a house too soon so I don’t get to go looking at houses with her anymore.

Andrea was phenomenal in the whole home buying process! When we didn't have luck finding a home in the morning she called me after dinner offering to go look at more. Once I was ready to make an offer she structured the offer in a way that got mine accepted vs. all of the others. Once my offer was accepted Andrea continued to check up on me every few days and helped me through the whole process. I am so grateful for the experience and help and how smooth and easy the entire process was for me.

I've been selling real estate for over 15 years and have been a Broker/Owner for 13. I own and manage multifamily buildings for over15 years now as well. Prior to selling real estate, I originated residential mortgages and also worked in eMarketing, specializing in copywriting. I bring all this experience and my resources to you to help you get the best results for yourself in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Aside from work, I love to read, hike, and spend time with my husband and 2 teenage sons.
